Southern Sun Stables is proud of it's breeding program.  We offer show quality horses that are handled from a young age so that they can be trained into a versatile, reliable, and steady horse, ready for the use you desire.  Our horses are capable of winning at a national level in the show ring, in endurance or competitive trail rides, or they can be that one in a million, steady, level-headed trail horse you have been looking for.  Careful breeding and handling of the horse at a young age makes all the difference.  We have all ages and talents available.

Little Lady Doc  is a four year old trail pleasure filly and has shown well in the ring.  She has several months experience as a trail horse.  She has done well in cow penning.  She is calm, affectionate, and willing.  She has a smooth, ground covering gait.  If you are looking for a great trail horse with exceptional bloodlines for future breeding, this one is for you!  Chocolate with dark flax mane and tail.                                                                      SOLD!

Diamond's Darling is extremely athletic, a great endurance or limited distance trail ride prospect.  Small (14 3) but long legged, she has a long, stretched smooth gait that really covers the distance.   Trusting and willing to do anything you ask, she's solid black with a thick mane and tail.
